Delivery Time

Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan & Mainland China
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days by SF Express. You may trace your order via the tracking number which will be sent to you upon your order in 1-2 working days.
Most destinations worldwide will be delivered to within 5-10 working days, however remote destinations may take a little longer depending on customs regulations within your country. Unfortunately, PEPPERTINT cannot guarantee these exact shipping windows.
Deliveries are made during normal business hours. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of its ship date.



We will email you a tracking number and tracking link within one business day after your order is shipped out. You are responsible to track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages by the logistics, any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

For parcel enquiries, please email order@peppertint.com within 2 months from the shipped date. Our team will be pleased to provide further information. However, enquiries outside the stated time frame will not be guaranteed.

Free Shipping – on orders of USD$100 or more. Please note your order total must reach USD$100 or more after any discounts have been applied.

International Duties & Taxes

Our retail prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes/VAT. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary country to country. The additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. PEPPERTINT encourages customers to source this information prior to purchase. Unfortunately, PEPPERTINT is unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.

Customs Declaration

A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value in USD.  We are unable to mark any order as a 'gift' as we are a retail company.

Liability of PEPPERTINT

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. PEPPERTINT will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.
In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorisations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.



We do not accept returns on sale items, only regular priced items may be refunded. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you have to notify us by email at order@peppertint.com and state your order # within the 7 days starting from the day you received the item(s). Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I return a Sale item / gift cards?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use

Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
No refund due to loss or stolen packages caused by logistics.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at order@peppertint.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@peppertint.com and send your item to the below address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
