We are with everyone around the globe as the community takes action against COVID-19. Apologize for any inconvenience caused as we may experience delays in delivery for both domestic and international shipping.
Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)
S.F. Express has resumed delivery service in Hong Kong. Customers could also collect parcels from SF’s service outlets or mobile collection points. Please expect 2-3 working days for delivery.
Affected by traffic regulations, international shipments to below countries and regions are suspended until further notice: Mongolia, Cambodia, Myanmar, India, Chile, Pakistan and Brunei.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of its ship date.
We will email you a tracking number and tracking link within one business day after your order is shipped out. You are responsible to track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages by the logistics, any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.
For parcel enquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 months from the shipped date. Our team will be pleased to provide further information. However, enquiries outside the stated time frame will not be guaranteed.
